International Students

If you are an International Student and you hold a non-immigrant (student or exchange) visa or you received your degree from an institution where English was not the primary language of instruction you will need to complete three applications;

  • The Master of Social Work application;
  • The University application;
  • The Center for International Education (CIE) application.

You will also need:

  • $55.00 university application fee;
  • An affidavit of support from financial sponsor;
  • Bank statement/letter from financial sponsor;
  • Proof of acceptance English proficiency;
  • Official academic documents and certified English translation. For more information on the CIE visit their website at www.csulb.edu/divisions/aa/grad_undergrad/cie/
