This is a 24 hour, hands-on, course intended for police managers and interested city/county staff that want to identify significant performance issues before they become damage control nightmares. Our goal is to work with you to minimize the possibility of that happening. Set the right standards, train the right people the right way and integrate the right policies, procedures and review structures. This course is the roadmap to do just that. The instructor, Mark Wittenberg, is a veteran police manager and auditor with more than two decades of experience working with police management, audits and professional standards. Upon completion, attendees will have the tools and the confidence to assess key performance areas and develop recommendations that have long term impact.
