The Academic Advising & Resource Center (AARC) provides both general education and major academic advising to currently matriculated undergraduate students in all of the CHHS disciplines: Communicative Disorders, Criminal Justice, Family & Consumer Sciences, Health Care Administration, Health Science, Kinesiology, Nursing, Recreation & Leisure Studies, and Social Work.

Walk in advising is available throughout the summer for currently matriculated students. Incoming students are advised at SOAR.
Continuing students may drop in during our published summer office hours and will be helped on a first come, first serve basis.
Want to get a better grade in general chemistry and pass the CPT?
Jump Start Chemistry is a custom-designed preparatory course offered in Summer 2013 for the Chemistry Placement Test (CPT). It is an intense 45-hour workshop that covers critical topics from the CPT that are necessary to succeed in CHEM 111A. The CPT is given on the last day of class.
