Domestic Application Procedure

For U.S. citizens or permanent residents who have their bachelor's degree from a U.S. accredited university should follow the domestic application procedure.

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. The first step is to submit the MBA Program Information Sheet. This sheet can either be filled out using your keyboard or printed blank and completed by hand. This requires Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.0 or higher.
  2. The second step is to submit a university application. Apply online through CSUMentor.

MBA Department Checklist

  • Official Transcripts (one copy)
  • GMAT Score (School Code is 364-M9-69). 
  • Resume
  • TWO Letters of Recommendation (can be from managers, supervisors, faculty members)
  • MBA Program Information Sheet
  • Statement of Purpose (1 to 1 1/2 pages discussing your reasons for pursuing an MBA and why you've chosen CSULB for your MBA Program )

    (Note: This is a separate application from the MBA Program Application)
  • Official Transcripts(one copy) disregard if you graduated from CSULB
  • Application of $55 made out to CSULB
